- Checked emails and replied to those needing one
- Emailed 2 Junior invite letters
- Sent some music files to Directors
- Spoke to Ann about tickets (ordering from the Guildhall and sending letters) and Infant Festival
- Printed final Constitution for Becky to action
- Collated a list of choirs for each night
- Sorted through raffle prizes; Thank you to New Theatre Royal, South West Trains, City Museums and the Marriott Hotel.
- Ripped and burned some CDs for choir directors
- Discussed the secondary schools’ meeting (needed to decided what to do with uncollected packs)
- Discussed suggested improvements for staging the Festival (Thank-you Debbie & Bev)
- Updated VIP invitation list
- Collated some receipts and an invoice for Polly
- No naughty things to eat Zoe’s friend’s wedding is next week!!!!
