Meeting started at 7.30pm – Becky, Steve, Perry, Emma, Stuart, Joy, Petra and Sarah here
- Discussed stage plan and arrangements on the stage
- Discussed about the logistics of choirs going on and coming off of the stage, including health and safety.
- Discussed ideas about how we are going to allocate schools to each director
- Discussed the use of visuals – actions, props, costumes, the screen etc.
- Discussed merchandise – each director to be given their own set of merchandise to take around the schools
- Listened to some sample songs which could be used in this years Festival – Juniors together and Joy and Sarah discussed Infant details in the kitchen.
- Arranged meetings to introduce repertoire
- Ate yummy Chocolate, Lemon and Carrott Cake!
