- Updated and modified begging letters – 4 seperate letters
- Composed letters to Howard and Pru – Thank you and asking for advise with media
- Read and discussed Making Music constitution advice
- Read through and updated PSMF Constitution
- Highlighted changes for ease of discussion
- All of the above will be sent to Commitee members via email
